What we found

After two discovery sessions, three key bottlenecks emerged :

What we built

We designed and deployed a connected automation layer using n8n, integrated with their existing Notion workspace, Google Sheets, and email system. The system now runs automatically every Monday morning, pulling data, building reports, and sending branded PDFs to each client without any manual input.

For onboarding, we built a trigger-based workflow that creates the full client folder structure, assigns team members, and sends the welcome sequence in under 4 minutes from a single form submission.

The result

Within 6 weeks of deployment, Forvia's operations team recovered over 60 hours per month previously spent on manual tasks. Client satisfaction scores improved, and the team now uses the time to focus on higher-value advisory work.
